Can't See Screen / Interface
If the Elitely interface isn't visible when you expect it to be, try these steps.
Common Causes & Solutions
1. Elitely might be hidden
You can toggle Elitely's visibility using a keyboard shortcut.
- Mac: Press ⌘ + '
- Windows: Press Ctrl + '
2. Elitely app not running or logged in
Ensure the Elitely desktop application is running and that you are logged into your account within the app.
3. Restart the application
Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Completely quit the Elitely application and then relaunch it.
- Mac: Press ⌘ + Q while Elitely is active, then reopen it.
- Windows: Right-click the Elitely icon in the system tray and select Quit, then restart it.
4. Meeting platform not supported or recognized
Verify that you are using a supported meeting platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and that Elitely has the necessary permissions (like screen recording or accessibility) to interact with it.
